Cognitive Effect Following a Blended (Face to Face and Videoconference-Delivered) Format Mindfulness Training

While evidence supports the feasibility of online mindfulness training (MT), effect this approach on cognition remains unclear. The present study investigated changes in following a newly developed 6-week videoconference-delivered MT program cognitive function two groups. first group ( n = 17) had baseline assessments prior to [3 weeks after 15)] allow for evaluation practice and learning effects. Four participants from each were excluded final analysis due missing data. Following MT, there was an improvement switching attention, working memory, executive function, social cognition, but some these effects not easily accounted by or No significant found tasks measuring sustained flexibility inhibition, information processing, sensory-motor function. Our findings suggest that domain-specific might be enhanced brief larger, controlled studies delineate subdomains are needed.
